Claire’s classes create a holistic experience that promotes balance, grounding, energy, and fluidity.
Claire guides participants through poses and breathwork that connect them to nature and enhances their physical and mental wellbeing. Claire has worked in health for over 20 years, in Nursing, Health Visiting and Nutrition.
