Data Storage
We use a third party booking system called Studiogrowth (https://studiogrowth.com/) who are responsible for the storage of some of your data: including Name, email, phone number, date of birth and address which is collected when you sign up to the system. This data is fully encrypted and stored behind passwords at all times.
Data processed is stored in New York in servers managed by Digital Ocean.
You have full rights to access your data and request erasure. To request deletion of your data, or to get more information about how your data is processed please email us for more information at info@reform-fit.co.uk.
Financial Data
When booking classes you will be prompted to enter billing information in order to purchase class packs/single class bookings. Your billing information including credit/debit card details are processed and stored in stripe. Please visit https://stripe.com/gb/legal/dpa for more information on Stripe’s data processing agreements.
